Being worried

Postby chemist » Sun Dec 12, 2004 7:07 am

What do you usually do when are worried about something?
Do think too much all the time about the subject or you can control yourself and let it go so easily.
I really can't help it.Its so difficult to be worried. For me I can't stop thinking I think about the worrying subject all the time .It's like something digging my Brain. It affects my whole day,and my sleeping at night.
Is it the same with you , if it is not then can you advice me what to do about it ?

Thank you
Chemist

I'm afraid I cannot help you there, Chemist, since the same happens to me. When there's something that worries me, those thoughts keep haunting me all the time. I keep thinking and thinking about the problem and that can even affect my mood and therefore my relationships with other people :(

Actually, I don't know if that's a problem  Although it might be since we're worrying too much...

Hey my friends …..the solver coming … :D ….
I think this is toooo normal when u think about the worrying subject till to find solution ….
Anyway I think u have to directly find solution for ur problem ….. I know some of problem very difficult  (at the begging u think there is no solution for it) ,so u have to ignore it by filling ur free time, because I think ur free time makes u thinking toooo much about the worrying things…..

Gooood luck
