Anger Management

I am a sweet and an outgoing person- let's say usually- as my co-workers say but when I get angry, I just lose control of myself.
Last month, I yelled at one of my co-workers in front of the whole staff because she kept bugging me about some files.
Believe it or not, I even yelled at my boss once for making a huge mistake at my work. I don't know how I am still in my job after that.
I know that it's wrong to yell at people but I only get angry when they do smoothing wrong.
How should I control my anger?????

Do a lot of sport. (That will help in every case)

I think it’s a normal thing .. Many of us can’t loss our temperature quickly
But u can avoid this situation by took a long breath.. then by discussing..
Try to not raise your voice when u discuss the matter with your co-worker or your boss..
I wish these steps help u...

I think the only best ways to control the anger is that :
1. When ever you lose your temper so try to drink water
2. If you are standing so sit or lay and relax
3. Take a shower if you have the approach to
4. Smile or talk to friends it really works
