Sort of bad archivement in traffic jams

Today I saw here in Saint-Petersburg a huge traffic jam along a highway leading out of the city. Since some drivers were impatient they drove along the pavement. And finally it resulted in a traffic jam along the pavement.

Well traffic jam is easily seen everywhere around the world. And it is really a headache specially when you are supposed to go to an important meeting
