CV/resume issues

Hello everyone,

I'd like to ask you if you usually include your photograph in CV/resume?

I, personally, have never included it until a friend of mine gave me a good (working) CV where I needed to include it. (and they later invited me to the 1st stage, to where unfortunately, I was late for ) In a few isolated instances, however, I was invited when I did not include the photograph. (I believe this happened due to well written cover letter.. but there is no saying.)

What do you think?

I have never included my photograph in my resumé, and I still got lots of calls (that was, of course, before I got my current job). I think our skills are far more important than our physical appearance, and it shouldn't be an issue.

I don't think it is any problem to include the photograph in CV.
