Please tell me what is wrong with this text.

There are my five cents. I do wear helmet, knee caps, elbow caps, wrist caps and back protection.

Honestly i thought only Russian teenagers don't like wearing helmet At least in Moscow there is no ski patrol and i saw many bad accidents with people who didn't wear protection.

There is the next argument from me. The knee cap of my pal was fuzzed on fragments last year. Could you imagine what it would supposed to be if he would not wear knee caps?
