In many people's eyes, crimes are always committed by the poor people, like black people or non-white ones in the US, who are always the frequent visitors of the jails. But the big explosion taking place not long ago in Oslo, Norway reveals that sometimes crimes are made by those who look very much like law enforcement people.There are also another type of criminals, the corrupt officials in the governments, who have taken away the fortune and wealth that could have been others and could have been put to much better use.
