You write beautifully and effectively. As far as I'm concerned, your English is much better than that of mine. It is so nice to know that you like this thread and have intended to stay here until the time the site is active. How long have you been learning English? I hope we will help each other make good progress in our English skills.
Hi Dear Behnam; How Are You? Glad to meet you again.
First, forgive me for late response! I wasn't home.
It's very kind of you and thank you dear Behnam. And I think I'm so far from where I have to be.Studying in USA or any other country absolutely require GRE and IELTS and I'm at the beginning of the way!GRE is very difficult :-( . I have just one year to be ready for that.

behnam wrote:About the forums....
You right! Every site or forum has a general purpose. Some of them are created for free talking. Everyone with any thought and religion (including Muslims,Christians,Jews, irreligionists or even Atheists) can be there and talk about her or his interests. People collected there to friendly talking about everyday life, learning and anything that is popular and common. Speaking about challenging topics isn't correct there.Specially critical speaking about religions and nations! There are many sites that made for talking about these topics and if anyone wants to talk about these topics can use them! And You can be sure that I don't want to speak offensively or annoying. I'm here just to talk friendly about our interests, thoughts, notions and feelings!
behnam wrote: I prefer this one:

Or even this simple one:
The administrator closed some popular threads and banned many active users!

Meanwhile, more importantly, it should be mentioned that 'popular, scientific, historic' are all adjectives, but 'art' is a noun, so according to a famous grammatical rule-I guess it is named parallelism, or something like that, I am not sure about the name-it is not correct to use 'art'. It must be an adjective like 'arty'!
Very nice! Thank you very much!
When I writing that post, I thank about the word 'art' and I couldn't remember the adjective form of 'art'. Finally I decided to use 'art' with this rationalization: art does not has a adjective form  .

behnam wrote:Dear Shaghayegh, I am not correcting you. I just wanted to say that being too much obsessed with our sentences and words may have negative impacts on our skills. It may discourage us! Keep on writing. The most important purpose of learning a language is making conversation and communication with people. You are doing it perfectly........
Dear Behnam;
"Thank You" isn't enough for you and what I want to tell you! Unfortunately I can't find words and sentences as perfect as I want!
Be sure that I don't feel annoying when reading your valuable tips. I know that I must be grateful to one who teach you something(even a little thing). Because I'm a student and sometimes a teacher. So, you can show me my errors any time and I promise you that I will be happy and thankful always! {-:
Now I want to tell you about my trip to Shiraz. Have you ever gone to Shiraz? Shiraz is a very beautiful city and it has very much attractive and interested places such as Hafeziye,Saadiyes,Takht e Jamshid, Afif Abad garden, Darvaze Quran, Arg e Karimkhani, Pasargad and etc. I'm sure that you can not see all of them in a trip.If you haven't gone to Shiraz, I suggest you to make time for trip to shiraz! I'm sure you will enjoy. I really love traveling.

Finally ,Dear Behnam and other friends;
I'm not good in English as you or other users here and I may use incorrect words or sentences that doesn't have right meanings! If you see those be sure that I just made mistake and doesn't mean I want to offend or annoy you! I really care about my words and I'm practicing to improve my abilities to write more correctly and fluently but please notice that I'm a learner now and can use some words that doesn't mean what I really want to!Forgive me if you see I've used an incorrect words or sentences!

Thank you!

Hi Romana,

Many thanks for your post. You sound like a native English speaker. Your English is great. I am not in a position to advise you, but you have mentioned to the reason of frustration and the main cause of negative thoughts wisely. The solution for your case is easy. Instead of giving up, you should make the first step as short as you can get through easily. Divide the first step into some short steps. In this case, the process of passing the first gap will become easy. Passing one step towards the goal, regardless of its size, is encouraging, motivating and inspiring. It will bring positive thoughts and build confidence.

It is not necessary to use ordinary English letters for indicating the milestones in the pass of target. You can divide the distance between two letters, for example between A and B, into some points like B1, B2, ..., B! In this case, the distance between A and B1 will be easy to jump!

I wish you success. Would you mind introducing yourself?

Hi Shaghayegh,

How are you? I hope you are doing well. Many thanks for replying. The weather is very hot today. I am fasting. Although I am neither hungry nor thirsty, my head feels hot today, as if something is burning inside of it. A cold shower may help, but I am too lazy to take a shower! Right now, I am thinking like Shirazi people. I expect the shower to come here and pour some cold water on my head!

I took IELTS exam three years ago. That's a standard exam. I can help you with the link of some useful sites, books, sources, tips, and other related stuff. Ive got some useful files about listening and speaking skills. I can also help you with essay writing. For example, I can correct your essays. Please let me know how I can help you.

I've been to Shiraz many times. I've been to Hafeziye, Baghe Eram, Bazare vakil, Shahcheragh, Arge, etc. I really love Shiraz and its kind people. I personally believe there are two favourable cities in Iran, mainly Tabriz and Shiraz. Both are beautiful and their people are cultured and civilized. To be honest with you, Tabrizian girls are more beautiful than Shiraziyan girls, but Shirazin are much kinder and easy-going than them. I believe for a complete fulfillment a man should have three wives, a Tabrizian wife for starting a successful family and a Shirazian one for pleasure and joy!(khoshgozarani), and A kurd one for work. Unfortunately, something is wrong. The majority of Azerbaijani men are strict, serious, and hardworking. They are not good at buttering up. If we consider a lady as a car, sweet and soft words are its fuel! But, poor Azerbaijani men are terrible at flattering!

I was only kidding. I hope you and other people in the thread won't take these things seriously.

Hello Behnam,
Thank you for your wonderful advise. My apologize for not introducing myself on my last post. Im Romana, from Philipines, like everyone here I am very determined to improve my english. My english is awful please do correct me whenever , I would be so grateful.

Back to your advise, I really appreciate it. I think you could help me with my problem. I have read in your post to Shayegh( hi Shayegh, hope I typed your name right) that you took an Ielts 3 yrs ago. I believed you got a high score in all categories as your english writings prove it. Actually, my frustration is all related on how I could get the score required for me to get in to the next step of my goal. I took my firsf exam 6 mos ago unfortunately I wasn't able make it. I am planning to take again whenever, but my confidence is too low. I dont know when will I be ready. I think I really need to do more practice especially in writing, as this is my weakest in all categories. Anyway, I like what you've said about on the last bit of your letter. Its brilliant and I will absolutely apply it in my daily living. It sounds like vitamins(B1,B2...)..it would be lovely taking them as it could nourished us through out the day leaving us with a happy and healthy life, same like the feeling of passing each step on our goal.

Best regards,
Romana

How can I help?

Post by behnam »

Hi Romana,

So many thanks for your nice words. That's very kind of you. I've met many Philippians. Without any exception, their English is excellent. What's the secret behind it? I guess English is your second language in the Philippines. In some provinces, English is maybe your official language. Anyway, your English is fantastic. I am sure you will have high band score in IELTS exam. You band score falls into something between 7 and 8. Your overall score can be 7.5 in General Module.

My writing score was 8. Three years ago, my English was very good. I used to practise at lesat 5 hours a day for about 4 years. However, after receiving the certificate, I lost my motivation. Actually, I had nothing to do with English anymore. Although I didn't stop learning and practising, the decrease in the amount of spent time on practising is not deniable. 'If you don't use it, you lose it' as an old English saying goes.

I am ready to help you with IELTS exam. That's a great honour for me to help someone else learn something. As I've written to dear Shaghayegh, I am extending the hand of help to everyone who needs my experience and knowledge. Please ask me whatever you need. In terms of IELTS exam and its sources, I am really ready to help you.

What do you do? What's your job? I hope to hear more from you.

Hi Behnam,

How are you doing. Hope all is well with you. I understand that everyone in your country is currently celebrating Ramadan and I reckon you are fasting just like other Muslim does.To be honest I look up and put my hat off to all the Muslims who are devoted with their religious practice like fasting. I read from one article some facts about it and I was amazed about its benefits to our body. I would be so proud of myself if I managed to get through on fasting for a month. However my physical condition unfortunately isn't well enough to perform this practice, my metabolic rate is more faster than normal, which cause me to feel hungry most of the time and if I won't take any food, terrible thing will happen( headache, involuntary muscle shaking, tummy ache, dizziness etc.). It's a shame but at least my condition is still manageable and not as fatal as other kind of illnesses. Anyway Happy Ramadan to you my friend and all the Muslims out there.

It was nice to read your comments about Filipinos, thank you for the lovely words. It is true that English is our second language but we don't often use it, specially in our place. We still love using our own mother tongue. When I was a student, English is one of the subject I hate the most. I didn't take it seriously and to be honest I failed this subject before. I just came to realized the importance of it when I started working. I am working as a staff Nurse in the hospital. Since I was assigned in the city, different types of patient are coming and going every day. There are also foreign people seeking for help or confine for a short period of time. Nursing is a difficult job itself in my point of view how much more if the patient is English speaking, it is like a disaster to a nurse like me who is very poor in English language. I have realized how important this language was and by then I decided to practice and study English seriously. Apparently there are some agencies recruiting Nurses to work in Europe provided that Nurses pass the IELTS exam. Agency requires band 7 to all categories, isn't it difficult? I like to go to Europe but I don't know how can I pass the exam. I would be so grateful if you could give me some links for IELTs practice. Thank you in advance.

All the best,

Hello Dear Behnam;
I'm fine. How are you?
I'm agreed with you about Shirazi. I have been there for 2 years and realized that they are really lazy! They have a famous proverb : Chay Chaman Chamroon  Chay is tea, Chaman means anywhere like park and Chamroon , as maybe you know, is the north area of Shiraz that has a sweet and exquisite climate. I absolutely refuse other ubiquitous things about peoples like Isfahani, Rashti and others . But I believe that Shirazi is lazy till he or she show me he isn't lazy

Behnam; I have a piece of advice for you:Marry with a Rashti woman If you like delicious foods! Rashti women are best in cookery! They are famous for their delicious foods such as MirzaGhasemi, BaghlaGhatogh, TasKabab and so many other. My mom is one of the best in the cookery and I really love foods she cooks.

Very thank you for your kindness Dear Behnam. I would be grateful if you shared with me your resources for IELTS. Actually I think I haven't enough time to be prepare for IELTS and GRE! Two years is very low! :-( I'm really regretful for those years I wasted.

However, I'm now studying some books and using some programs : Grammer In Use , Vocabulary In Use, Verbal Advantage by Charles Harrington Elster, THE ULTIMATE PHRASAL VERB BOOK, Word Perfect , Collocations in use and ESL Podcasts. And I watch a movie everyday with English subtitle. sometimes I watch some TV shows such as The Big Bang Theory or The Wire. But I really want to use a program that has all English skills improvement courses. Still I haven't found that perfect program.

I think I must stop writing now until I improved my writing. I think my writing now is very bad and may annoy you. Absolutely I don't want that. I understood my writing is terrible when i saw your pretty nice writings and I'm at the lower grade than you . So I think I must stop writing at least two months and work hardly on my English. I read you posts and enjoy them but write very little until I confident of my English.

But Dear Behnam, I request you to recommend me any useful resource or program that can help me for success in IELTS or GRE. Thank you very much.

Best Regards.
your little sister and friend, Shaghayegh.

Hi Behnam,

How are you? How is Ramadan with you? Do you spend it with your family? Do you visit your relative?

Many thanks for your off msg and your post here. They meant to me a lot, you don't believe how much they made me happy. I am glad that there is someone in this world cares about me. :-) Please don't worry about me, I am very well but I just don't find a good time for chat but be sure that you are in my mind and heart always.

Wish you the best,

Practising IELTS SKILLS

Post by behnam »

Dear friends,

How are you? I hope you are fine. Yesterday was the hottest day of this summer in Tehran. I hope so. It was 41 °C, according to what the weather-forecasting organization said. Today is also hot, very hot actually, but not as hot as yesterday. It is Ramadan and like the majority of people I am fasting. In Ramadan Muslims are ordered to avoid eating and drinking, but this is the first feature of Ramadan. Although it is quite difficult for people to avoid eating and drinking for about 16:30 hours(in Tehran), this is the first step of a real fasting. Muslims are also expected to control their eyes, ears, and tongues during Ramadan. They should avoid sinful fantasizing, negative thoughts, and bad imagination. The first step is easy, but controlling senses and thoughts are really difficult. My Muslim friends, good luck with fasting. May God bless you! Please remember me when saying your prayers.

Dear Romana, nursing is a rewarding job, and nurses are respectful. They are also kind and patient. Nursing is emotionally eroding too. They are living with patients in hospitals and looking ofter them. This is really difficult. That is why nursing requires many skills and involves a lot of efforts and attempts .I wish you success in you job.

Dear Shaghayegh, your friendly post made me extremely happy. You are very kind. Thank you very much for your sincerity and kindness. I've heard about good taste of some special food in the North of Iran. I agree with you about the skillfulness of Rashti ladies. I follow your advice and use the maximum benefits of the permission which God has given to men in the holy Koran. Therefore, a complete fulfillment for a man is having four wives. A Tabrizi for keeping the generation going(having children), a Kurd for work, A Rashti for cooking, and finally a Shirazi lady for joy and pleasure(Golgasht va Khoshgozarani).

Dear Shaghayegh, never give up writing! Writing makes your passive vocabularies become active. When you are writing, you are practising excellently, since you use what you have learned. I strongly recommend writing regularly. It may look difficult when you start doing something regularly, but little by little you will get the hang of it and it will turn to become easy and interesting. Honestly speaking, writing is crucially important for all IELTS candidates. When you are writing, not only are you directly practising writing skill, but also you are indirectly practising other skills; speaking, reading, and listening. Anyway, frankly speaking, that is wrong to stop writing!

Dear Romana and Shaghayegh, there are many sites which provide candidates with IELTS exam. However, some of them are really useful. For example, when it comes to IELTS preparation, (australianetwork.com/studyenglish) is wonderful, excellent, fantastic! I don't know how to describe the effectiveness of this site. A very kind and beautiful lady teaches almost all skills perfectly. I am sure you will enjoy it.

When it comes to practising writing, in my opinion, (http://www.ielts-blog.com/ielts-writing) is really useful.

For downloading some IELTS speaking samples vedios, juts go to http://WWW.youtube.com and search for them. You will find some real IELTS interviews.

I have to leave right now. I hope that helps.

Please do not hesitate to write more and discuss IELTS-based issues. I hope to hear more from you soon.

Hi Amal,

How are you? I hope you are fine. Fasting may make you tired and bored. I wish you strength and patience. May God help you and support you!

Thank you very much for informing me about yourself. The situation in your country is not normal. New things happen everyday. When I read headlines and see Damascus is under rocket attack, I become worried about you. Please keep in contact and post regularly, no matter your posts are short. A 'hi' from you eases my worry.

When you are breaking fasting in the evening(Azan time) please remember me. Please pray for me when you are saying your prayers. I am praying for you too.

I wish you happiness and success.

Dear Friends

The small part of body can makes the biggest corruption. The corruption of tongue can't be amended . If you say something that hurt your best friend, especially when say something in front of others to your friend. You are not able to taken the word back. Your regret can't amend the relation between you and your friend.

I don't know why people don't control their tongue , when they are among their friend , or relatives they make a joke and offend others. Sometime we heard about something and narrate it to other while we are not sure what we heard is truth.

Look at the following story.

There was a good man(scholar) who was reputed to hold knowledge in high esteem. One day an acquaintance met the great scholar and said, "Do you know what I just heard about your friend?"
"Hold on a minute," the scholar replied. "Before telling me anything I'd like you to pass a little test. It's called the Triple Filter Test."
"Triple filter?"
"That's right," the scholar continued. "Before you talk to me about my friend it might be a good idea to take a moment and filter what you're going to say. That's why I call it the triple filter test. The first filter is Truth. Have you made absolutely sure that what you are about to tell me is true?"
"No," the man said, "actually I just heard about it and..."
"All right," said the scholar. "So you don't really know if it's true or not. Now let's try the second filter, the filter of Goodness. Is what you are about to tell me about my friend something good?"
"No, on the contrary..."
"So," the scholar continued, "you want to tell me something bad about him, but you're not certain it's true. You may still pass the test though, because there's one filter left: the filter of Usefulness. Is what you want to tell me about my friend going to be useful to me?"
"No, not really..."

Take care

Last month I have been in a group to loose fat (just few kilos). Now I am in final and need votes. So if you want to help me to get as many votes as I can get (... to win 2500€ ... I will go to China) ... follow the link here; http://worldofshape.com/resultat/rosta The site is Svedish but very easy to do. Schroll down the site ... there you will find name of 10 persons. Chlick to my name Veronica Holmström. Then write your e-mail on the empty line. To the end cklick at "klicka här för att rösta" ... that means that you will give your vote to me and send it in. Easy :) Please help me All of you and you will do something very significant for me. But it is a bit hurry ... must be done before 25/7. Thank you!!!

Hi Vernoica,

Welcome back, Hope you are fine and doing well, this is one my best summer I have had. I didn't doing special things, but everything is going ahead according my desire. When I feel that I use my time according my schedule, I enjoy my life. Off course I had been invited to several wedding ceremonies before Ramadan and also dinner party during Ramadan. I enjoyed being with my friends and relatives
Ramadan is a month that we don't eat from sunrise to sunset , so I lost a few grams till now. I hope to lose 4 kgs overweight till the end of Ramadan.
I checked the website http://worldofshape.com/resultat/rosta and voted you. Of course I didn't look at your body I scrolled down the page rapidly and ticked the Veronica Holmström, you know that a Muslim does not look at the women body. I hope you win 2500Eur, I don't need a sock or something else . your happiness is mine.

Good Luck,
Mohsen

WOW! LOOK, Who is here!

Post by behnam »

Hi Veronica,

Welcome back my dear old friend! Thank you for posting here and informing us about yourself and your family. You made me extremely happy. I wish you happy moments with your family in your summer house.

A few minutes ago, I visited the site and voted for you. You look great! I wish you would win, but I wish you chose Iran to visit! China is a big country, it has got its beauty, but Iran is an ancient four-season country. You should put visiting Iran in your list! Anyway, maybe next time you will choose Iran. I hope so!

Quite the contrary to Mohsen, I looked at all women and their bodies carefully! I am Muslim too, but a different version of Muslims! I am also fasting, but I don't think looking at a lady's body without having any sexual desire may damage my fasting! God has created those beautiful bodies to be seen and then to appreciate his mightiness.

In comparison with me, Mohsen is an angel. He is a real Muslim. Honestly speaking, I cannot control my eyes as much as Mohsen does. You know, my eyes are sensitive to beauty.
Dear Veronica, try your best to make some time to join us and write regularly. I hope so!

To other friends,

Hi! How are you? I've missed you terribly. Unfortunately, my ISP(Internet Service Provider) does not provide me and other service receivers with the Internet connection anymore! Simply, the Internet doesn't work at home. Actually, it has been disconnected for three days, and I don't know when it is going to get connected. I have not got the Internet connection at home. I was also so busy with meetings and tasks at my workplace that I couldn't find time to visit the thread. That is really bad! At the moment, I am using the Net in my office. I never use my office connection for chatting. That's why I am unusually absent these days.

All the best,

Hi Behnam, Mohsen and All other known and unknown persons!
Thank you for your kindness to me and your votes. I promise ... If I win I coming to Iran also! You know I want to do that travel :)
As Mohsen said ... he can loose some gram or kilo under the time of Ramadan ... good. The reason to overweight in the vestern is that we don't have Ramadan :) :) :) Thats why we have to be activ in a "loose fat" group for 30 days ;)
I will be back very soon and till that: Visit the website: http://worldofshape.com/resultat/rosta Schroll down the site. Wrire your e-mail adress on the empty line. Click my name Veronica Holmström and you will give your vote to me. Then cklick ... " klicka här för att rösta" which means you will send the vote. Thank you All and see you in Iran if I WIN !!!!

Hi Veronica,

How are you?

Thanks for your reply.

My summer this year is a little bit boring since we couldn't go out or do anything. However, I'd learned how to crochet so it takes my time.

About Andrew, please if you chatted with him, would you tell him my hello?

Best wishes,

Boiling hot!

Post by behnam »

Hi friends,

Today is the hottest day of the year in Tehran! It is 41°C! From 1953 until now, the maximum recorded temperature in Tehran has been 42.6°C . Therefore, today the temperature is so close to the maximum amount of it in 60 years! In Tehran, I don't remember such a hotness. It is extremely hot, boiling hot, scorching hot...hot...hot...hot! It is unfair that people in Europe have hot ladies, but we have hot weather! {-:

Dear Shaghayegh, how are you? Why don't you write anymore? Haven't you got access to the Internet?

Dear Maniya, what has happened to you? I hope you are all well. Please keep on writing!

Dear Amal, that's very kind of you to say those kind things about me. The problem must be handled by the ISP. He has promised to fix it tonight. I hope he will keep his promise. You know, when the weather is unusually hot, people have an excuse to break their promises.

Dear Veronica, thank you for your kind reply. Please stay with us as long as possible. I've already voted for you. How many times should I vote?

About losing weight, I disagree with Mohsen. Ramadan doesn't help the majority of fasting people lose weight. On the contrary, they gain some weight! In Ramadan, most people eat more than that they eat in other months. It's against of the philosophy of fasting, but facts shouldn't be denied. Although they avoid eating and drinking from before sunset to after sunset, they compensate in the nighttime. {-:  {-:

Mohsen and I are both Muslims. Although we are in different cities, we are both living in Iran. People around me get fat in Ramadan, whereas people around him lose some weight! He didn't look at ladies bodies, but I looked at them carefully. These differences are noticeable.

Dear Behnam,

The Islamic instructions was not founded by What people think or believe , the instructions are extracted from holy Quran and narrations of prophet and his family.
If each believer wants to act according to what he/she get ,what he/she thinks ,there will be no integrated things that we call it religion.

May be some instructions don't seem apparently reasonable or scientific ,but the instructions were enacted or made by a power which is beyond the man's ability.

The first creature who disobliged God was Satan . Satan said to God " I think I am better than man and I never bow down in front of man."

The second one was Adam which said "I don't think that that fruit is harmful for me , everything which is create by God is beatiful and useful for body , he didn't have any reasonable idea to avoid eating ,so he went close to the tree and ate it.

The third one is Behnam which said "I am also fasting, but I don't think looking at a lady's body without having any sexual desire may damage my fasting! God has created those beautiful bodies to be seen and then to appreciate his mightiness, so he looked at the bodies carefully"

it is merit night of Ramadan 19th ,many people stay awake until morning , it is really enjoyable, the maximum reception from God.

Have a good night

Hi friends,

How are you? I hope you are fine.

Mohsen, I loved your way of writing. Thank you for mentioning to my name, and making analogy between Satan, Adam and me! I do agree with you. You are absolutely right. I was really kidding!

Just to inform you, so sorry to tell you that I am not feeling well today! I am worried about my little kids and my young wife! Why?

Last week, I visited my doctor and he wanted me to have a checkup. He suggested that I visit a heart specialist too. Today, I went to a special clinic to have my heart tested. Heart Function Test in rest and Echocardiography were both OK, but, according to the doctor, Heart Function Test in sport( Walking on a treadmill while some wires were connected to my chest and a device which showed the graphs..) was not OK! I didn't feel any pain on my chest while doing the exercise on the tradmill. The doctor said, "Although you didn't feel pain, your vessels are narrow. Your heart doesn't work properly. There are some noticeable noises in the graphs. You have to have Angiography as soon as possible."

I am shocked and disappointed! Sorry to share such bad things with you. I am ready to die, since I am tired of this boring world, but to be honest, I am really worried about my family! They will face with many problems! :-( :-( :-(

On Tuesday night I will stay in Hospital and on Wednesday the doctor is going to visualize the inside of blood vessels in my heart. I haven't made final decision yet, because I am shocked and I am also negotiating with some friends who are involved in medical science. I want you to pray for me at these special nights. I want you to pray for my family at these sacred holy moments in Ramadan. I want you to forgive me! I want you not to forget me!

Cry my eyes it's leaving time Even rocks and stones cry when leaving friends! I will miss you all the time! :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

لا حول و لا قوة الا بالله... حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل

Dear Behnam, I read your mail and I am really sad and shocked, I didn't believe what I read and I read the mail many times just to believe. May god help you and be with you and your family. While reading, I remembered my father -his situation was just like yours- and thank god the operation was very successful and inshallah yours will be successful too. Dear, please don't worry, the Angiography is something too easy and inshallah everything after it will be OK. You are strong and you always will be inshallah.

In fact, my mother saw me sad, very sad, so she asked me about the reason and I told her, she felt sad too and started to pray for you.

Please don't talk about death and such things, inshallah, you will live long and see your grandchildren and you will be happy always, just rely on god and he will help you inshallah.

My thoughts and prayer are with you.
Please relax and assure your wife that you will be good.

May god be with you and best wishes,
Amal

*I don't know why I didn't see your post here although it was before my post!!!! This is very strange!!! You and your health are more important than anything...

Dear Behnam,

There are lots of people who are being checked up by Angiography to see if the vessel is narrow or blocked . Nowadays the heart hospitals are in traffic of people waiting for Angiography. This is undoubtly because of changing in nourishment ,feeding bed foods , eating too much ready- made food ,fried foods and having less moving .
People who feel a pain in chest are instantly prescribed for doing Angiography. There is no danger ,don't be worry . You are a vigorous man. I saw some people who did Angiography ,people who are elder than you and weaker , they are in health now.
I am sure there is no serious problem in your heart and you will be beside your family for long life .
All of your friends pray for you.

offer my condolence

Tonight is the most sorrowful night for Muslims, because the man of justice and humanity, the commander of faithful, the father of eloquence, the caretaker of the orphans, the shelter of the needy and the perfect of all humans after Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw). Born in the House of Allah, Holy Kaaba, and martryed in the House of Allah, Masjid-e-Kufa. He died on the 21st day of Ramadan 40 A.H. and buried in Najaf al-Ashraf (Iraq).

On the 19th of the month of Holy Ramadan (Mah e Ramzan) of the year 40 A.H, Imam Ali (pbuh) came to the mosque in Kufa for his morning prayers. Imam Ali (pbuh) gave the call for prayer (Azaan) and became engaged in leading the congregation. Abd-al-Rahman ibn Muljam pretending to pray, stood just behind Imam Ali (pbuh), and when Imam Ali (pbuh) was in a state of prostration, Abd-al-Rahman ibn Muljam dealt a heavy stroke with his sword, inflicting a deep wound on Imam Ali's (pbuh) head,This was the time when Imam Ali (as) uttered his famous words : "Fuzto warab-il-Kaaba" - "By the Rab of Kaaba, I am successful".

Imam Ali (pbuh) suffered from his wound for three days, and He (pbuh) passed away on 21st of the month of Ramadan (Mah e Ramzan) at an age of 63 year

Hi friends,

It's 10:45 am and dear Behnam is supposed to be in the operation room from 10:30. Hope everything's going well there with him.

He sent a sms to me and other friends and informed us about the operation time. He asked me to mention his words here. He'll stay two days in the ICU and will be transferred to the general ward after it. (God wiling)

He said " I've loved the people of my life with two-thirds(2/3) of my heart, after the operation I'm going to be kind with 3/3 of my heart! :-)

Dear Behnam you have one of the kindest hearts of the world, all your friends love you and pray for you.
Hope to see you among us again very soon.

Hi Behnam,

There are a lot of feelings and thoughts in my heart and mind, I have never felt something like this before. I don't know if words can translate my feelings but I feel that my body is here in Syria meanwhile I am with you there. You know, I had never complained about the distance between us because I had known that you are always in my heart and near me. However, now, I really dislike it, I hate it. It kills me that we are separated. I really wish I could hold your hand right now and tell you that everything is OK. I wish I could look at your eyes and support you.

You don't leave my thoughts even for one second, I am always praying for you.

I know that you are a strong person. Therefore, I am sure that you will recover soon inshallah...

Please come back to us soon, we are waiting you.

May god help you

Dear Moroo,

Behnam is in hospital. Due to Angiography results on Wndsday his blood vessels had serious narrowing problem and Dr recognized that he had to have an open heart operation. As I have written, yesterday morning he had the operation,( Hope it's been a successful one!) and now he should be in ICU.

We have no connection with him, his cell phone is off. Hope everything's ok with him.

I wish i could talk with him, but I'm afraid I'll bother him. I'll inform you in case I got any other news from him.

Hi again,

guess what!!! I spoke with dear Behnam right now. :-) Finally I heard his voice again. You cannot imagine how I was feeling, oh godddddddd, you can't imagine how happy I am. :-D :-D :-D

He explained me the story, that he didn't feel any pain in his heart, going for a regular check up Dr noticed sth abnormal and asked him to do Angiography to make sure of his health. But the results showed several serious narrowing in the vessels.

He said, one vessel from 4 places (2 places 90%) and one place in another vessel (sum=5) were blocked. He believed it's been a miracle that god Helped him. Oh thank godddddddddd

He said the operation has been successful and till now everything have been ok but he has some pain.

He has to stay at hospital at least one week.

He said Hi to you all and thanked you for your prayers.

Hope he gets totally well very soon and come back to his friends*

All the best,

God and friends, THANK YOU!

Post by behnam »

Hi my great valuable friends,

How are you? I hope you are doing well.

I am at home now. The first thing I am doing is checking the thread. I don't know what to say and how to mention to the things are in my thoughts now. I think 'thank you' is not a proper phrase to say, but what should I say? I really don't know!

It is not an illusion to say that I personally felt and saw God's special attention and support. I REALLY FELT IT! God, THANK YOU!

I felt the closeness of your hearts with myself. THANK YOU for praying and caring. You are like some valuable treasures.

Many stories I've got to tell you. This was a great experience. God put me in such an amazing situation to experience some wonderful things.

Every thing was and is wonderful. You don't need to worry, since in a miracle way God wants to keep me alive for a while!

I will talk to you later. I will stay at home for more than two months to get fully recovered, so I will have a lot of time to be with you.

Thank you again.
Bye for now.

All the best,

Dear Behnam,

Nice to read your post , It is a good news that you are in health and your heart surgery was done satisfactory .
I don't know what was the cause of your disease , you did a regular exercise in the park near to your house, you didn't smoke.so it was strange for me that you dealt with the heart defect .
In fact some time I feel a pain in bottom of my heart ,but I always say that it is my gastro and I don't mind to it, I never met a doctor for heart
I would like to bring you a box of cookies and bunch of flowers, it is our customs for visiting a patient .
But you shouldn't eat cookies now ,it is harmful for heart ,be careful }: }:

Hi There,

I was so much worried last night about all this hreat-problem thing that I could not really sleep well. I was worried since I sent a messege and then I got no answer. So I thought what COULD HAVE happened and then I prayed all nights. Suddenly I remembered that why haven't I checked the forum yet?!!!!!! :!!:
Silly me thought with herself that if you hadn't written here then I could at least ask somebody if they got any news from you.

You cannot imagine how RELIEVED I was to know that you had written for Eid-e-Fetr. I am just reveling in my happiness now and I thank God for your health and safety.

Wish you a hundred years of happiness and health...
