No noe can deny that Educational process is apart of student's sucsess. Teachers themselves posses the keys of sucess. For me, as an educator person and from my own perspective, I can say that, motivation is an essential strategy in pushing the learner's abilities and talents and extinguishing these abilities may make huge difference in that educational process. Many teachers are keen to encourage this idea whereas others are not.So let us discuss this issue and the role of motivation not only in life but also in life itself.
