Please instruct me the polite way to address others in work. For example, when I chat with an art director and his name is Mike Kidd, shall I call him director Kidd, Mr. director Kidd, Mr. director or director? Could I call him Mike, Kidd or Mr. Kidd?
Second, when I introduce myself and supposing my name was Mike Kidd, can I say either I'm mike or I'm Kidd?
Third, Is the word "Miss" used singly a respectful form of address to an unmarried young female? What if she's an old lady and unmarried, say, who's 40 something?
Thanks in advance.
