Which One is Correct?

Hi,

We're organising a local charity run here in Egypt for a Syrian hospital.
While choosing a name for the event we have a difference of opinion.
I was proposing "Syria Charity Run" while my colleague says it should be "Syrian Charity Run"
with an "ian" at the end.
My argumenet was Syrian was the possessive form which would imply that the
event was organised or owned by Syrians rather then the intended meaning that
the Charity run was for Syria & Syrians.

Appreciate if you could tell me which one is correct.

Thanks
Sherif

I agree with you. I would use "Syria" in this case.
