1st sentence should include a verb ex.:
held under the auspices of ......... then don't forget the "verb" or "verb to be" that should agree with "participant".
2nd sentence should include "between - and" or "from - to" instead of "on" ex:
between 13 June and 14, or from 13 June to 14
3rd sentence should describe the case of the first year, i.e. first year graduation ceremony
