Having resolutions can be a good idea to have a plan to follow, to feel that your life has a reason. Maybe is not so crucial to accomplsh them, what you need to remember is to do always your best.

Yes it's a goal time to set a goal for yourself! I do this sometimes, sometimes I don't. Usually I find if I only set myself one goal then I will complete it, otherwise I typically don't.
