Dear D,

I woke up at 5 this morning, and got up ten minutes later. Then, as usual, I went jogging for about one hour; 55 minutes exactly. Then, I had 3 glasses of plain water. After that, I took a rest for about 15 minutes.

Later, I went to the bathroom; brushed my teeth and took a shower. Then, I got dressed. I wore black shorts and a white T-shirt. The next thing I did was having my breakfast. I had cereals and two boiled chicken eggs and two pieces of apples. After having my breakfast, I watched TV, especially news programs. And now, here I am, at EC.

Today, I went to work and network at my company was down. So I am having nothing to do. It's Christmas day, I hope I will return early and go to the church with my family.

Finally, my worriness occured. Jakarta was flooded. The lights were cut off. There was water everywhere.

i hav'nt write any thing for a long time i do not know why maybe cuz. nothing important happen but what makes me to write that iam loose and confuse and scare form future and what's going on maybe iam writing to release myself form my anger and depress.
