The importance of new year resolutions

Beginning a new year is a great opportunity to start all over again, it's a time to hope, to see that everything is possible if you want. Having resolutions can be a good idea to have a plan to follow, to feel that your life has a reason. Maybe is not so crucial to accomplsh them, what you need to remember is to do always your best.
