Looking for a friend close to the Western Hunan Province.

I’m an American male teaching English in China.
I’m living in the Western Hunan Province of China & I’m looking for people who live close by to befriend, I can help with their English & they can help me with my Chinese.

I’m sorry but if you live so far away that we will never get a chance to meet in person, I’m not sure how much I could help you, I’m looking for people I can have discussions with in person.
