Posting suggestions

I would like to make 2 suggestions:
1. All those pin-up items, Tips, etc. should go with the flow, so they won't stay on the top all the time. (First two stay.)
2. Use correct english, no u for you and r for are.

Hi
If the suggestions are for moderators, they should reach us in private messages instead of starting a new topic.
1- All the tips for Learning English are the most-wanted things members care about when visit the forum here, and that's also what we, moderators, encourage you to post
If the
Tips Topics were not at the top of the page, the forum would be messy because many members tends to create a totally new topic just to post same questions and the tips for one same skill would travel in the forum.
2- Using correct English is surely much supported, but moderators will not edit the writing with short forms like "u", "r", "2" (for to or too), ... because it's quite personal. I myself will care for it when I write.
