could any body please repharse this sentence in simple wordings for me ....

Did you yourself write these sentences? Study the verb tenses more and then try to add the context or write a dialogue to make the sentences clearer.

Remember One And Only Rule:

But for modal verbs never ever use more than 3 verbs in one predicate:

...has (had) been washed; will (would) have been washed; is (was) being washed; might be being washed; should have been washing; whatever... but never more than 3 verbs (but a modal verb).
