VOA Special English is a good program for english learner,you can buy the tape and text from book store.hope you will succeed.

if you have mp3,you can go to http://www.chinadaily.com.cn download some VOA news and BBC news ,its format is mp3 ,it has special english and normal english ,if your listening is good ,you can listen the normal english ,because the speed much quick, according your situation ,you can first listen online.go ahead . i think it is good .
