This can be said in two ways.
She and I will be going to China
She an I are going to China

As a matter of interest my eldest son is touring China at the moment and is astounded by the scenery and the kindness of the people he is meeting. He is avoiding other Europeans and tourist areas. At the moment he is in Sanjing and hopes to move on to Chengdu and then visit Tibet. He has been away since January of this year and apart from Vietnam his experiences have led him to love the Asian peoples especially the Children. He may one day return to Cambodia and teach English, working for free.
