what is the difference between these enumerators ?

They are all parts of a whole progress, for example: "Body Feeling - Step 1: Strengh & Power/Bodyshaping" Fit und healthy with the program of diploma sports scientist Jutta Schuhn...

Stage is more used to describe a platform where singers sing songs. I think it describes longer periods and rather periods concerning time, because we say "in the stage of childhood, in the stage of maturity,..."

Phase is more used in physics as a temporary state. For example moon phases, or phase displacement of materials at certain temperatures.
