She's got much money.
She's got a lot of money.
while i think both are correct as much is used for uncountable nouns, whereas a lot of is acceptable for both countable and uncountable nouns. Please HElp me to drive the dark clouds away.

'Much ' is used in questions and negative sentences, but not usually in positive sentences.
'She's got much money.' is a positive sentence, so 'much' is not acceptable in this sentence.
'A lot of ' can be used in all types of sentences.
