Dear friends:
What is the difference between the following
sentences?
1. He is relaxed.
2. He is relaxing.
Would you please explain these sentences to
me?
Thanks.

Let me try

the first one describes his condition at the moment, if he experienced something pleasant and now he feels that way - he is relaxed.

The second one describes his activity at the moment, he is doing something that brings relaxation - he is relaxing
