My Mom only get one speeding to get the whole way

Does it mean to get the destination?
Pls correct any errors you see on my writings on: nouns, tenses :)

one speeding???

to get the whole way???
there is an expression "to go the whole way"

Please clarify.

LOL haha, I hear it wrong Sir Josef, forgot to use subtitles , well here it is
