The guy said to his buddy when they saw the women he likes at the distance.

"Hey hey, check it out. Do I got juice or what? Look at Jean."
"A little attention from me and she'll all poofed up like a peacock."

I think "to poof yourself up" means to put on lots of makeup etc and try to look attractive. When a peacock wants to attract a mate it spreads out its feathers and sticks its chest out. But it's a strange analogy to say that "she" is like a peacock, because a peacock is "he".
