I received a call from Mr. JOe and I wanted to report it to my boss. Here is my report to my boss: (please proofread the report - thank you)

I received a call from Mr. Joe on December 22, 2008. Mr. Joe wanted to set up a meeting with Ms. Ahmad (one of our clients) next week. I told Mr. Joe that my boss is away till January 20 of next year and therefore it was impossible to set up any meeting with Ms. Ahmad. Mr. Joe suggested that someone from our office attend this meeting. I told him it was not possible as most of our senior staff are away on holidays till the new year. He said he wanted to talk to my boss upon his return. I said I would pass on his message to my boss.
