1. I'll meet you on my getting home from (my) work.
2. I'll meet you on my way home from work.

3. I'll meet you after I've got home from my work.

In my opinion these first two sentences describe the same way (time) of meeting someone whom I've talked to.
Third one decribes different situation. I'm going to meet someone after I have got my place.

Shouldn't I better have shut my trap up, should I?

I leave work at 5pm and reach home at 6pm.

1. I'll meet you on getting home from work. (Meet you at 6pm)

2. I'll meet you on my way home from work. (Meet you between 5pm and 6pm)

3. I'll meet you after I've got home from work. (Meet you after 6pm)

Alternative sentences would be:

1. I’ll meet you upon my getting home from work.
2. I’ll meet you on my way home from work
3. I’ll meet you after I’ve got home from work.

It is also interesting to note that number 3 represents how the sentence would be said in British English. For American English, number 3 would be:

3. I’ll meet you after I’ve gotten home from work.

If one offen use the Past Participle forgotten like I've forgotten to tell you, then one starts to say "gotten" insted of "got" :-D

Anyway I had thought the Americans would say I'll meet you when I get home.
But I must be wrong , am I? :-D
