Dear All,

Please help me to understand this sentence:

In 1976, New Limited bought the Post, which proudly bore the stamp of founder Alexander Hamilton on its front page.

Thank you ~

The word, “which”, refers back to “The Post”. As in, “The Post bore the stamp”.
