correct way to ask a question

We regularly have 3 meetings a week.

Having forgot the name of the day of a week I ask one of the men a question

Do we have the meeting today?
Will we have the meeting today?
We will have the meeting today, won't we?
Are we having the meeting today?
We are having the meeting today, aren't we?

How to ask the question correctly?

Your questions are all grammatically possible, but since the meeting is regular you would probably use the present simple tense:

The meeting's today, right?
The meeting's today, isn't it?
We meet (for x) today, don't we?
