Some documents are found and prove that all the functions regarding ground handling are planned, supervised and controlled. At operational levels, next-month working plan is always created in time. There are the OC's daily reports consisting of the airport's working time, current traffic, demands for Jet fuel, completeness of shift and also comments of chief of the shift in the end of report.
There are also check lists established and functioning in which data related to maneuvering area, runway lights, equipment etc are entered daily. There is a book "Traffic plan" too, in which traffic data are entered daily and kept in the OC. (Operational Centre)
