Hello everyone:
If I want to introduce myself to others , said:
my character/personality is open-mind, responsibile...

which one is correct to use ? And what difference between that two words.

Character and personality are very close if not identical in some cases, but in your particular sentence I think most people would use character. However, it would normally be phrased as:

I have an open-minded character.

Character is the distinguishing attributes of a person. Whereas, personality is the innate feature of a person which makes him/her unique and subjective, whereas character is universal and objective and can be improved, developed, changed and adapted within the society interacted.
