I saw someone wrote a sentence: How hot it is! How tired I am!( I must not rest, I must keep working.) The person tried to describe that the temperature is very high and he is very tired.

I think that he used the word "how" is wrong, and "how hot it is" is really means how high is the temperature ? and "how tired I am" really means to what degree you are tired?

Am I right or wrong?

Hello,

You can use the word "how" like this. "How hot it is!" is like saying "I can't believe how hot it is!". "How tired I am." is the same. In other words, "I can't believe how tired I am." or "I am really tired." Hope this helps
