The story is this that a man's car is destroying (his car is burnig) in front of his eyes in an advanture and his friend is beside him who seems be alittle guilty (I'm not sure this part) and the friend became upset and want to leave the man, and the man says the friend: "I'm fine do this", my idea is that the man wanted to say that he is not angry with what is done and show his feeling to convince his friend to stay and it is repayable;
Please elaborate it more.
Thank you in advance.

Did you read this story or hear it? Are you certain he says "I'm fine do this"? My guess is those are not the actual words - because they don't seem to make any sense, and they're not really grammatical as they are. The only way they could be grammatical would be if punctuated thus:
"I'm fine. Do this."
