word order in long composed sentences

Please, which word order between the options bellow are correct, or it is correct something new?

"A mechanism how quantum coherence in the brain can last enough long time is shown."
OR ?
"A mechanism is shown how quantum coherence in the brain can last enough long time."

"Then, arguments follows, why consciousness should be a quantum phenomenon and how such introduction of quantum consciousness influences on the formalism of quantum mechanics. "
OR ?
"Then, arguments why consciousness should be a quantum phenomenon and how such introduction of quantum consciousness influences on the formalism of quantum mechanics follows. "

Not being a specialist in quantum mechanics it's hard to know exactly, but I think what you need for the second one is below:

There then follow arguments as to why consciousness should be a quantum phenomenon and how such introduction of quantum consciousness influences the formalism of quantum mechanics.

For the first one I am not clear enough about the meaning to make a sensible comment.
