Please help me modify the following notice to make it more accuracy, acceptable to native speakers. Thank you!

Christmas is coming. On Christmas Eve, we will hold a English evening party at our school's conference hall. The party will begin at 7:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. Each group should prepare two or three programs. There is no restriction on the content and format of the programs. For example, singing English songs, acting English plays, telling English jokes or stories, reciting English poems and so on. Welcome be on time for the party. Thank you!
