Diminutives

Hello...I would like to ask you for some info about the English diminutives. As I am writing the diploma thesis themed as Diminutives in the English language, I need to find some sources for my work. Could you please tell me, what kind of literature is based especially on diminutives? I tried to find some books for toddlers, but as they are based mainly on the pictures, it is almost impossible to find some examples of diminutives.
