Hi English Experts,
please kindly mark my sentence,thanks.
1)I have been confused in an English forum and I hope that I can ascertain/confirm the meaning of a word here.
2)I have woken up early at weekend for/because of an advancement of English.

I'd change the first sentence to something like "I have been confused about a word, and I hope that I can ascertain/confirm it's meaning at an English forum". In casual conversation, I'd use something like "figure out" instead of "ascertain" or "confirm".

Not sure what you mean by the second sentence.
