I have a student who uses this idiom very often, but I am not sure if the context is correct.

For example he would say " Our price- quality ratio is the best. You won't find a better product on the market."

I looked it up on the Internet and it's mostly used in the wine industry or financial analysis.

Could you use it in the above context or is there a better expression to say that you get great quality for reasonable price?

The term "price-quality ratio" is technical language used in classrooms or companies.

"Great quality for reasonable price" would be a good way to say in normal conversation.

Or "great quality for a great price".
