Hello!
Could you help me and point (giving some explanation would be also nice {-; ) which of these sentences is/are grammatically correct?

1. He was awarded the European Golden Shoe in 2000, which is given annually to the footballer who scores more goals in a single season than any other player concerning all the European national leagues.
2. He was awarded the European Golden Shoe in 2000, which is given annually to the footballer who scored more goals in a single season than any other player concerning all the European national leagues.
3. He was awarded the European Golden Shoe in 2000, which is given annually to the footballer who has scored more goals in a single season than any other player concerning all the European national leagues.

my way's below
