Hi,

Can anyone help to proof read if the following sentence (in point form) is correct in terms of grammer. Thanks!

- Encourage sales by using countdown timer

If this is an instruction or tip or piece of advice (one of several bullet points), then it's correct. You might want to add a full stop because strictly speaking it is a fully-formed sentence, but in bullet points full stops are often not used.

Thanks Josef.
If I replace the word "encourage" with either "encourages" or "encouraging", is it correct ?

- Encourages sales by using countdown timer
- Encouraging sales by using countdown timer
