Please help finding a correct name for a work position

Post by kaiser »

Hi everyone,

I would be very grateful for helping me find a correct name for such work position:

It's a person who works for a wholesale (B2B) company. His main duties are: to communicate with regular customers who get in contact by phone/email/Skype; consult them with technical questions and help to find correct product; solve problems; take orders from them; write invoices; forward orders to warehouse for shipment; develop relations with regular customers; contact customers who who stopped buying; look for new customers; control payments.

Thank You in advance.

Best regards,

Hi

This person seems to be doing a whole range of different things for the company, it would be hard to give him/her just one job title.

However, you could write

Customer Representative/ Sales/ Business Development/ Customer Retention Specialist
or
Customer Service/ Business Development
or, in a nutshell
Client Services Specialist

Hope this helps.

Inside Sales Engineer or Inside Sales Specialist. Definitely Inside Sales, given the fact that clients are engaged via phone/email/Skype. Engineer or specialist because of the need for troubleshooting. The rest of the duties are common to most sales positions.
Good luck!
