Hi all,
sometimes, I heard my English teacher say "don't be mistaken" in class,
but I am not quite sure if I understand the meaning of that phrase.
Could you explain it to me please?

It simply means 'make no mistake!' or 'don't get me wrong'.
It is a phrase that is used by the speaker to ensure that the listener understands something correctly and/or does not erroneously mix up or confuse one thing with another.
It really also depends on the context, ie. what the whole sentence is.
