In grammar books the explanation is quite simple. If something is happening at the moment it's Continuous, if in general - simple.
Now, watching Harry Potter movie in English I've noticed phrases like "He will be wanting to see his..." "I wondered when I'd be seeing you..." "He's always doing that."
Could you explain Continuous in these examples?

What you have seen in grammar books is only half the story. Present Continuous can indeed be used for the future and even for the general present in certain circumstances. It may help you to look at:
