I have named this thread as "Asian Arts." Arts in plural so anything is related to art or similar to art such as art/visual arts, architecture, crafts, cinema, dance, drawing, pottery, sculpture, etc. will be nice to be informed. As I know, China has a long history of drawing, pottery, dance, and so on. Why don't you share those informations with others, violet? ;)

CHALK ARTISTS
Have you ever heard of that term, a chalk artist?? They are people who draw on the street with chalks as a tool to express their artistic thoughts and drawings. I'm introducing to you one of the chalk artists whom I have seen his work on Television. Unfortunately, I haven't seen his works in person yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing them.

This is his website
http://www.icuong.com/
You can check articles about him and his paintings on that site.

Hope to learn something from this post.:D

I don't know much about them either  . To me, art is just art, something is hard to understand. I like sculptures, potteries, and old crafts in the museum more.
Well, since we must follow the rules of posting images so we won't get ourselves and Josef in trouble, I think I'll take my time to post some of the images I've got from the last trip at the SF museum. Give me some time, please. By the way, that museum was nice. I and my cousins got in free because it was its anniversary  .
