Are you fascinate with any culture???

Postby kannie » Wed Nov 30, 2005 3:13 am

Although I am a Hong Kong people, I am fascinated with the Korean culture. I start captivated by the Korean culture since 2001 by the TV drama ALL ABOUT EVE, acted by Jang Dong Gun, the most popular Korean star now in the world and Chae Rim, a very cute girl. Then I started listening to the K-pop songs, the first singer I know is Kangta, who is one of the most famous male solo singer in Asia.
After that, I was just crazily spellbound by the K-pop, I listen all the songs, including the ballad, R&B, hip hop and dance songs! I think that the Korean singers are definitely better than those from Hong Kong, not only their voice, but also their face! I hope that all of you will enjoy it!

I am come from Hong Kong and I love K-pop, too.
I know Kangta. But I like his friend, Hyesung instead of Kangta.
Do you like Hyesung?

The Best Cultures

Postby joedev1 » Fri Dec 16, 2005 1:59 am

In fact, all cultures are fascinating, because all cultures are about people and their lives. I have been to Europe, Asia, North America and Central America and have found such a variety of people, ideas and customs in each place I've been.

Now I'm in Beijing, which is changing so rapidly. It is sad to see old buildings being torn down, but the people will always find a way to live and raise their families. Hopefully, the government will keep some of the traditions alive.
