Marrying your cousins???

Hello guys.
I'm really confused!! first, I think I can't understand this topic,
in my country(Iran) people can marry with their cousin and this happen.
We are moslem and in our religion can marry with our cousin.
In Iran this kind of marriage was more in past,but now it become less.now people know rate of Genetic disease will be increased with this kind of marriage!
but still someone may love his/her cousin and want to marry his/her, so after some Genetic exams(they are recommanded.)they can be wife and husband.

TO MARRY WITH YOUR COUSIN ISN'T CONCERNED WITH RELIGION...I'M A MOSLEM TOO BUT I'M STRONGLY AGAINST MARRING WITH MY COUSIN.I REALLY LOVE THEM AND I'M CRAZY ABOUT THEM BUT NOT LIKE A VALENTINE OR SHOWING LOVE... LIKE A SISTER OR LIKE A FRIEND!!!

*I think there is a mistake,I mean, if someone want to marry
her/his cousin , there isn't any limitation in Islam!*

It is *aghde dokhtaramu va pesaramu dar asmanha baste shode.* , and it nearly means this marriage is part of their fate. this proverb was used for 2 person that their father are brothers.it was current in past, now people think it is superstition. and don't use it.

Explain to me more about it. Sorry, I don't get it. I'm quite slow, you know .

ok. I say an example, IN PAST. when a boy decided to marry ,and he has a cousin from dad's side! their parents recomanded her ,and said *aghde dokhtar.......*
sorry! If I can't explain good, I 've heared this proverb in movies!
