I watched so many Korean dramas and movies in Vietnam when I was a little girl. All impress in my mind is korean boy is very kind, sentimental, ... From then on, I wish I can find a boyfriend that like the main role in movies. When I 'm older, I know that is impossible. Real life is very different from movies and it's very hard to find a good man !!!
Omg...I'm really disappointed.

I've heard that Korean guys in reality are nothing like those guys in their movies. Since their culture still favors boys over girls, boys in the house don't have to do anything and their voices weight more. They're a bit spoiled and dependent. I sometimes wonder what those guys did to the girls that they became this bitter when they were telling me about Korean guys. I've never dated one myself yet, but I'm sure would not mind  . I saw one Korean guy in a Japanese restaurant last time. Gosh, he was smokin' hot.

welcome littlestar! hi LennyeTran!
I think all guys should take some examples from actors on how to act...rather how to be...become. Then they could be heros or great lovers or gentlemen in the real life and we wouldn't need the television or movies to dream.
I wish that I could find a guy that exibited even a few qualities of those written for the screen and those actors. But at least I sense that these good guys are about...I just rarely ever meet them.

The problem is that Korean guys in those movies seem to know exactly what a girl wants. I mean, all the tricks to get a girl smile and feel wanted. That's why when it comes to reality that most guys don't have a clue what a girl thinks really disappoints the girls.

I cannot understand why many women in Vietnam love Korean movies. Personally, I couldnot see any interesting thing in such kinda those movies. They are so slushy, Korean people seem so mawkish. Korean stars on the screen are too far different to lives. In fact, they have their wonderful lives (without need and care for their livings) but they always try to complex them. I hate Korean movies so that I hate all people who love them. Whenever I see a Korean film on TV, I immediately turn it off or change to the other chanels

  Don't be jealous. Their movies are better than Vietnamese movies. Nah, just joking with ya. Like you, I haven't completely watched any long Korean movies yet, but I've watched the short ones. People in my family watch them long movies a lot; I usually stop by for a few minutes to watch and then I'll leave. I prefer long Hong Kong movies (TVBI) better.

:D Korean movies are fun to watch. Some're really funny and some're....funny. I've learned that Korean are very good at crying, girls and guys. They cry from the beginning till the movie ends. One of my friend complained that most of the girls he knew act like korean girls in the movies and when he went out on date with them, they wouldn't dare to raise their eyes or let him hold their hands  Isn't it something fun?

Not really, Len. It's up to you and your feelings. But the matter that they just ACT like the girls in Korean movies

Don't girls in our culture act the same? - Do you really think so? It's out of time. Our girls are very confident nowadays :D

Cheers,

Chi
