Wow I got surprised to read what Hung wrote, not because he was wrong but because he said what I have been hearing all around me. If we take some notice of what is happening even in each of our small associations ( like schools, companies, social organizations and so on ), we will see so many liars ( not if most of us have been once a liar to protect ourselves ). For some simple examples, when you make a mistake at school you shouldn't say the truth because the managers don't want to hear it, they want you to have a good reason for what you have done or else they will stop your saying to punish you without knowing your reason. When I lost my library card, I came to ask for a new card with the true reason ( I didn't plead for myself at all then ), but the manager glanced at me for sometime, then unpleasantly wrote me an introducing paper to the library where I can get a new card, she gave me the paper with a saying like this : "Keep it carefully and never tell me that naturally and irresponsibly about your losing your cards" ( so I should have told a lie

). Many of my friends are not good at english but when they look for jobs, they insert fake english certificates ( which are bought from somewhere ) to their job application. Most of us get fake medical certificate before graduation as well. There is a fun story but a true one I heard from my mom ( who was still a teacher then ). At a secondary school, some poor but good teachers were chosen to take part in a forum for only them where they get praise and a lot of rewards ( maybe money inserted in envelopes

). Do you know who was the best nominee ? That was the principal, who is so rich. When she came back from the forum, she said it was so fun for most of the teachers there were principals and they were all very rich. You can take many other examples if you live here...
