I used to date a guy from Indiana. He went to California because he hated the life he'd had in Indiana. Once we were talking and the war subject was brought up. He told me his brother-in-law was in the military, and the dude just loved wars. He even said it was too peaceful at that time. The US needed to fight more. I mean, some people think wars bring out the best survival instincts within ourselves. They think wars make them appreciate what they're having, realize how close life and death is, etc. Bunch of nonsense, I tell ya. :roll:
