Actually, I don't know. My cousin is half Venezuelan and half Arabian, but I think he doesn't celebrate that because he followed our traditions. And my friends the ones who do, I haven't seen them for a very long time, so, I don't know!!!!

It'll be a good idea because I really need to cook something good. Sometimes my dad asks me to cook dinner for him and I don't know how to prepare something special. I had never paid attention to that because I was always thinking and doing something else, like music ( playing my violin) my concerts and those stuffs...Now That I'm 20, I just want to prepare big dishes and of course, healthy one ( because of my stomach whih is not good now).I just know how prepare Cereal, hahahahaha ( well, and some other delicious Venezuelan dishes) but that's it!!!

Ramadan Mubarik/Kareem to all of you guys and girls. Keep your prayers and fast, may Allah accept them all.
Okay, I will tell you how to cook quickly two chicken dishes with the same reciepy. (Chicken curry on the bone and Chicken Karahi/Masala boneless one full chopped chicken 1kg or more).
Take 3 medium onions peel and slice them, one tea spoon of garlic or 4-5 pieces, put them in the deep pan with 5-6 table spoons of olive oil or any veg. oil. Seemer them on medium flame 6-7 min until the onions get light brown and mash the garlic with spoon if it is solid pieces. Dice 3 med. tomatos before hand or add 3 tomato puri with brown onion. Give it another 3-4 minutes to mix and mash. You can always add few drops of water, if it feels burning and sticking at the bottom, while doing that never leave the site. Now add peeled/sliced threads or mashed ginger 2 table spoons. Add 11/4 tea spoon salt, 1 tea spoon red chilli, 1/4 tea spoon termuric powder and immediately 1/2 cup water on top of them to mix and cook for another 2-3 min. When you see oil start separating from the base (material). Add whole chicken and and mix it porperly. Add another full cup of water.Add cup of yogurt after 15 min. Once you putthe chicken in pan it will cook for another 40 min not less and not more than 45 min. Every 10 min you need to mix it so it won't burn from bottom. Before last 20 minuts add 4-5 green chillies with one long cut on two opposite sides for flavour. Never dice/slice green chilli it will make it very hot/spicy. AND WALLA! YOUR CHICKEN CURRY IS READY. EAT AFTER 5-10 MIN OF COOKING FINISHED.

For CHICKEN MASALA add every thing together and cook for 40-45 min., EXCEPT no yogurt and only 2 medium onion, only sliced ginger strings- not mashed ginger and 1 medium sliced green pepper after 15 min. mix every 7-10 min. If some water left at the end, dry it up but don't burn. AND YOUR CHICKEN KARAHI IS READY WITH TOTALLY DIFFERENT TASTE.
I love to eat both dishes with boiled rich!!!!!!!!
-In chicken curry you can add mixed pickles 2 table spoon instead of yogurt after 10 min of chicken cook to get CHICKEN PICKLE CURRY.
-And by just adding 2 table spoons of mix pickles to masala after 15 mins you can get CHICKEN PICKLE MASALA.
So basically I have told you 4 different taste of chicken.

Why we musto to eat the chicken inmidiatly???
I don´t have time to reheat the food. I eat the meals after three hours it was cooked and I only have 20 minutes for the lunch. If I reheat the meal then I don´t have time to eat it.
