when I was a kid, my mom told me:"Scandinavian people are really good looking! they have golden hair and blue eyes!" Now I know she meant "blond"

I have never been abroad in my life. so for me, all impressions about Europe are from my imagination. when I am reminded of Europe, I first think of blond, beautiful blond.

I have no idea. first of all, I have to make money so that I can visit Europe. I guess maybe in 5 years.

Shokin why are you so selective???

Not only european peolpe can talk about europe,I mean I'm really interested in the "Old continent", as we call it. It is full of history and interesting places, stories, legends, etc.

By the way, I'm mexican and i have blond hair and blue eyes :mrgreen:

I was having a friendly conversation with someone who went to Germany, Paris, and a few other places in Europe today and she told me that during her trip, she felt her freedom was strippred from her. She told me that when she came back to Canada, she practically kissed the ground. Now, she didn't say she didn't enjoy her trip, she just felt awkward about the whole environment. My brother-in-law agreed with her. He was raised in Germany and lived there for 20 years.

Is this story valid, in you guys' opinions?

If your friend told you this story, it is true (because you trust her;trust=>true). She tells you what and how she lived.
